Your Part 135 clients now come to renewal with a loss-control summary.

Clearspar is a pre-dispatch compliance platform for Part 135 charter operators. When an operator runs on Clearspar, they build a trailing-12-months record of every compliance decision, FRAT score, and corrective action — and can share a read-only PDF with their broker at renewal, no login required.

What the loss-control summary contains

Pre-dispatch compliance gate
A tamper-evident, hash-chained log of every proposed assignment that went through a duty/rest, currency, MEL, and airworthiness check before dispatch.
UNABLE catches and overrides
How many trips were flagged as regulatory violations before dispatch, and how many were sent anyway — with the override documented.
FRAT distribution
Trailing-12-months GREEN / AMBER / RED flight-risk assessment scores, with RED-band trips showing documented DO sign-off.
Corrective-action register
Hazard reports, near-misses, and corrective actions — open, closed, and closure rate. Not a clean record; a documented one.
Crew currency completeness
Medical and recency currency across all crew members as of the report date.
Part 5 SMS readiness posture
Safety policy, risk management, safety assurance, and safety promotion — each pillar rated READY, PARTIAL, or NEEDS ATTENTION.
DO methodology sign-off
Whether a Director of Operations has reviewed and accepted the compliance methodology — with name, credential, and date.
Tamper-evident ledger attestation
Chain-integrity status of the compliance decision log — INTACT or BROKEN.

How it works for you

  1. 1.
    Operator generates a link
From the Clearspar compliance dashboard, the operator generates a private shareable URL for their loss-control summary. No broker login or account required.
  2. 2.
    You receive the link
The operator sends the link — in an email, a renewal submission, or a broker portal message. Click it and the PDF downloads immediately.
  3. 3.
    PDF includes everything
The document is generated in real-time from the compliance system of record. It includes the data above plus an attestation block for the accountable manager.
  4. 4.
    Revocable
The operator can rotate or revoke the link at any time. A revoked link returns a 404 — so you always know whether the document is still current.

How to use it in a submission

The loss-control summary is evidence of safety-management maturity. It is appropriate to include in a submission package as a risk-quality exhibit — the same way you might include a pilot roster or a training record. It is not a representation about premiums or coverage, and should not be framed as one.

The data comes directly from the operator's compliance system of record — the same system that generated the UNABLE decisions the week before the renewal meeting. It is not curated for presentation; it is pulled.

Operators with a Clearspar compliance record are, by definition, operators who run a pre-dispatch gate. The loss-control summary makes that visible to the underwriter. What you do with that information is your professional judgment.
